On your domain
Internal links from pages that already perform to the URLs that should earn a conversation. This half does not depend on a publisher’s mood. It is also the half teams skip because it is less dramatic than a new referring domain.
The URL that should receive outside attention is usually a definition or a commercial page a buyer can finish, not the homepage and not a news post that expires in a week. Once that URL exists, the internal link from it to the page that asks for a conversation is still yours to place.
If the commercial URL is orphaned, digital PR sends attention to a page that cannot pass it on. Structure and technical SEO are the prerequisites, not optional extras.
Anchor text is the phrase a buyer would type, written once by a person for that sentence. Repeating one exact-match string across every email is how a useful reference starts to look manufactured.
