9 Best SEO & AEO Agencies for Healthtech Companies in 2026

9 Best SEO & AEO Agencies for Healthtech Companies in 2026 (banner v2)

Last updated: October 26, 2026

32% of American adults used an AI tool for health information or advice in the past year, and 77% said they worry about the privacy of medical details they give those tools. Both numbers come from a nationally representative poll of 1,343 US adults run by a nonprofit health policy research group between February 24 and March 2, 2026.

Those respondents are the general public, so the poll can't size your market. It does describe the people inside it. The clinicians, practice managers and health system IT leads who evaluate your software are part of that public, and more of them now meet health claims through short AI answers. A summary can keep "improves adherence" and drop the population and care setting the claim depended on.

Our verdict: in healthtech, choose the agency with the strictest review process over the one with the biggest traffic chart. A good partner keeps workflow copy apart from clinical claims, never writes medical advice or compliance wording for you, and still gets your product named in search results and AI answers. Only one agency below publishes that process in detail, and it has no health clients yet, so the trade-off is real.

TL;DR

  1. Miraa - Best for clinical software teams that want a written rule for which sentences need clinical sign-off

  2. GrowPad - Best for health IT, FHIR and interoperability vendors that want named health results

  3. Siege Media - Best for funded patient-facing digital health brands that need links and content scale

  4. Digital Authority Partners - Best for healthcare technology companies that want one large, health-heavy team

  5. Growtika - Best for early healthtech startups that want an AI prompt audit before committing to content

  6. Nine Peaks Media - Best for remote monitoring and chronic care platforms

  7. LoudFace - Best for teams whose website itself needs rebuilding

  8. Stratabeat - Best for well-funded healthtech and medtech brands buying senior strategy

  9. Platypus SEO - Best for biotech, lab and diagnostics software

How we picked these nine

We didn't hire any of these agencies. Every fact below comes from the agency's own website or its Clutch profile, read on October 20, 2026. An agency made the list only if it passed all four checks:

  1. Health relevance: a healthtech, healthcare or biotech page, or a named or described health technology client, on its site or Clutch.

  2. Fresh reviews: at least one Clutch review dated after October 26, 2025, twelve months before this guide's publish date. Miraa has no Clutch profile and is the one exception. We quote only reviews from that window.

  3. AI search scope: the agency sells answer engine or generative engine work next to classic SEO.

  4. Software buyers: agencies that mainly market clinics, dental offices or private practices to patients were left out, because their buyers and claims differ from a software company's.

Some candidates failed on review dates, one had no Clutch profile, and several turned out to be practice-marketing shops. Nine passed.

The poll in the intro is KFF's Tracking Poll on Health Information and Trust, published March 25, 2026. KFF surveyed 1,343 adults online and by phone from February 24 to March 2, 2026, and reports a margin of error of plus or minus 3 points. Quotes from Clutch below are the headline lines it prints above each review, and every count and date reflects October 20, 2026.

For the broader B2B playbook these picks sit inside, start with the B2B SaaS SEO pillar.

What changes when your buyer is a clinician

You can publish a project management feature page the afternoon you finish editing it. You can't do that with a remote monitoring platform, a clinical decision tool or an EHR add-on, and an agency that treats both the same way will either stall your calendar or ship a sentence your medical director has to pull.

Two kinds of sentences live on a healthtech page. "Care coordinators see flagged readings in one queue" describes operations, and your implementation lead can check it in five minutes. "Reduces readmissions" is a claim about patients, and it needs evidence your clinical and legal reviewers accept. A strong agency drafts the first kind freely and holds the second until a qualified reviewer signs off.

Compliance wording works the same way. "HIPAA compliant," "FDA cleared" or a security badge is a statement your company has to stand behind. Your agency should never add one because a page looks bare. It should ask for your approved wording or leave the claim out.

Buyer pages also shouldn't slide into medical advice. They can explain what the product does and who uses it, but once a paragraph starts telling a reader how to treat a condition, you've created a trust problem with clinicians and a risk with AI answers, which can lift that paragraph out of context.

Clinician time belongs in the plan. If every URL needs a clinician to read it, the calendar has to budget for that person's hours. An agency that promises speed by routing around reviewers is setting up a page nobody will defend later.

AI answers make all of this harder. A compressed summary that keeps "improves adherence" and drops the study population turns your sentence into a claim you never made. Put the population, setting and limit right next to the claim, so a short answer has less room to get it wrong.

This guide isn't legal or regulatory advice. Take the questions near the end to your own counsel and clinical team.

1. Miraa

Screenshot of the Miraa homepage

Miraa is a B2B SEO and AEO studio that runs custom AI agents under human strategists and editors. Most of its healthtech SEO page explains what it won't do: Miraa is "not a medical reviewer, not a HIPAA consultant, and not a source of outcomes." The same page says "there is no healthtech case study," and Miraa has no third-party reviews.

Services

Every Miraa client buys from the same ten services, and on a health account each one runs under the review rule described below:

  • Product-led SEO: operator and implementation pages that say who uses the product and what rollout involves

  • Content-led SEO: topic plans aimed at the clinical and operational readers who evaluate a product

  • Technical SEO: indexing control, including keeping unreviewed clinical PDFs out of search

  • On-Page SEO: titles, headings and internal links on health pages that already rank

  • SEO Site Migration: platform or domain moves that keep reviewed URLs intact

  • SEO Website Recovery: finding out why traffic fell and fixing it

  • AEO/GEO: pages written so an AI summary has a hard time misreading them

  • Content Writing: drafts built from your team's own material, with nothing invented to fill a gap

  • Link Building: editorial outreach only, never purchased placements

  • Agentic SEO/GEO: AI agents that do research and monitoring while editors keep control

On a healthtech account, the healthtech page sorts every draft sentence into two columns. Workflow sentences cover who uses the product, what the rollout asks of them and which integrations your team has verified, and they can be drafted. Clinical sentences cover what the product does for a patient, for whom and in what setting, and they wait for evidence your reviewers accept. If that evidence isn't in the brief, the sentence is cut, never softened. The page lists four URL types: an operator page, an implementation page, a category page, and a fourth for outcomes, patient counts and security badges that "does not open yet" until the evidence and a reviewer exist.

Pricing

Miraa publishes its prices: $2,500 a month buys Basic Growth, while Growth+ runs $3,500 and Hyper-Growth $5,000. Each tier has a monthly qualified-lead target, and GEO is part of the entry plan.

Clients

Every case on the case studies page is SaaS. The fullest one covers Salesforge and four sibling Forge domains. On the AI side, Salesforge drew 2,100 Google AI Mode citations, with another 618 in Gemini and 388 in Perplexity (Ahrefs, Aug 2026). None of these clients works in health.

Summary

Miraa is the only agency here that publishes its clinical review rules in detail, including flat answers to "Do you write medical advice?" (no) and "Can you say we are HIPAA compliant?" (no). If your real bottleneck is the medical director's inbox, that method is worth more than another traffic chart. The weakness is proof: no health clients and no reviews.

Pick it if you build clinical or digital health software and want SEO and AEO with a strict claims process on a fixed price.

It's not for you if you need an agency with a published health technology case.

2. GrowPad

Screenshot of the GrowPad homepage

Founded in 2020, GrowPad is a B2B SEO agency with teams in Ukraine and Spain. Its healthcare page is titled "Healthcare SEO Agency for Healthtech & Medtech" and is written for health software vendors.

Services

SEO, GEO and AEO, commercial content and outreach. The healthcare page talks about competing for FHIR, EMR, analytics and HIPAA-adjacent queries against Microsoft, major cloud providers and standards bodies, by winning the mid-market competitive set first. It says early ranking signals usually appear in three to six months, and it doesn't offer paid ads, social or email.

Pricing

GrowPad publishes two different starting prices. Clutch lists SEO packages from $2,000 a month, and a September 30, 2026 post on GrowPad's own blog lists $3,000+. Plan on the higher, more recent figure and ask whether $2,000 still exists for a smaller scope. Clutch also shows a $1,000+ project minimum and $50 to $99 an hour.

Reviews

Clutch: 5.0 from 39 reviews, the latest dated Oct 12, 2026. The closest to health is a Jun 23, 2026 review from Pilotfish, a hardware product development company whose work includes MedTech design. Its marketing lead wrote, "What impressed us most was their guidance, insights, and support throughout the whole SEO/GEO preparation," and reports search impressions up by roughly a third over the project. On Jan 16, 2026, CHI Software's digital marketing manager wrote, "They immediately understand what needs to be done and how to get the best results." No recent reviewer is a health software company.

Clients

The healthcare page names three health technology clients:

  • Edenlab, healthcare analytics and interoperability software, May 2025 to June 2026: AI brand coverage grew from about 5% to about a third of tracked answers in Q1 2026, and Edenlab appeared in 22 of 27 tracked prompts. The page gives the end point as both "34 to 36%" and 36%, so we round it.

  • Kodjin, a FHIR server sold at $100K+ annual contract value, August 2022 to June 2026: 5+ SQLs a month from organic search, Domain Rating from 14 to 52 and the "FHIR server" keyword at position 4.

  • TATEEDA, a San Diego healthcare software developer, October 2020 to March 2025: organic traffic from about 500 to 10,000+ monthly visitors, with 4 to 5 MQLs a month.

Summary

GrowPad has more named healthtech results than anyone else here, including a dated AI-answer number for a health interoperability vendor, at one of the lower prices. Its health page says nothing about clinical review, so ask how it would handle your sign-off step.

Pick it if you sell health IT, interoperability or FHIR products to technical buyers.

Skip it if most of your content is clinical claims that need a formal review workflow.

3. Siege Media

Screenshot of the Siege Media homepage

Siege Media, an Austin content and digital PR agency founded in 2012, runs a healthcare practice it describes as a "full-service healthcare GEO agency."

Services

Content production, link building, digital PR, affiliate partnerships with health publishers, research reports and GEO. Its healthcare page says it has built a vetted network of 4,000+ freelance subject matter experts, including PhDs and M.D.s, to match credentials to each piece. It's one of the few quality controls any agency on this list puts in writing, though it covers who writes a piece and says nothing about who signs off on claims.

Pricing

Not published. Clutch: $5,000+ minimum project, $100 to $149 an hour.

Reviews

Clutch: 4.9 from 48 reviews, the latest on Aug 31, 2026. That review comes from the Content Director at an online therapy platform, under the headline "They were punctual, thorough, and incredibly open to feedback." Over a year-long engagement the reviewer reports a 400% increase in AI visibility on high-priority tracked prompts and more than 36,100 sessions, and gave cost 4.0 out of 5, the lowest of its sub-scores.

Clients

For Grow Therapy, a mental health care platform, Siege reports LLM visibility nearly quadrupling, links from 50+ referring domains, and, over eight months, referring domains up 30.5%, traffic value up $20.7K and organic traffic reaching 218.4K monthly visits. Healthline is among the logos on its health page.

Summary

Siege has the strongest consumer digital health proof here, plus a recent therapy-platform reviewer with a measured AI visibility gain. It's built for funded companies, and its pages don't say how a client's own clinical sign-off fits its production line.

Pick it if you run a funded, patient-facing digital health brand that needs links and content at scale.

Skip it if you sell clinical software to health systems on a smaller budget.

4. Digital Authority Partners

Screenshot of the Digital Authority Partners homepage

Digital Authority Partners (DAP) is a 50 to 249 person agency founded in 2016, with Clutch locations in Chicago and San Diego. Clutch puts 55% of its work in medical.

Services

SEO and AI search, web design and development, PPC, analytics and marketing strategy. Its homepage offers a free AI audit.

Pricing

Not published. Its Clutch floor is $1,000+, at $100 to $149 an hour.

Reviews

Clutch: 4.9 from 22, the latest dated Aug 1, 2026. It comes from the founder of Magical Underland, a startup that makes Christmas tree tents, after a June to July 2026 Shopify build: "What impressed me most was the mix of design talent, speed, and genuine care." The founder's only note was that DAP moved faster than their own team could supply photos. Its health reviews on Clutch are older than our window.

Clients

Two health technology cases on its site:

  • Centella Health Technologies, a Siemens Healthineers Advanced Partner selling medical imaging equipment in South Florida: 132 first-place rankings across 10 Florida cities, a 92.2% AI share of voice across six AI engines and search impressions up 595% year over year.

  • athenahealth's Epocrates, a clinical reference app used by more than 2 million physicians: DAP credits its analytics rebuild with a 140% revenue increase to date and 40% more app engagement. The case describes analytics work with no SEO component.

Summary

DAP brings a big team with deep healthcare exposure and one of the few dated AI share-of-voice figures for a healthcare technology company. Its in-window review is from consumer products, and much of its medical work markets providers more than software.

Pick it if you're a healthcare technology company that wants one large team across SEO, AI search, web and paid.

Skip it if you want a small specialist that only does health software.

5. Growtika

Screenshot of the Growtika homepage

Growtika, founded in 2019 in Ness Ziona, Israel, works mostly with technical startups. Its healthcare page is titled "AI Visibility for Healthtech" and opens on how hospital admins and healthcare IT leaders use AI to pre-screen vendors.

Services

A healthcare AI visibility audit across 500+ healthcare technology queries (EHR, telehealth, clinical workflow, patient engagement), content that frames clinical outcomes and peer-reviewed results so AI can extract them, and "integration citation signals" around health IT ecosystems. The page makes a point worth hearing from any agency: clinical evidence locked in PDFs, PubMed or paywalls is close to invisible to AI. It also notes that EHR buying cycles run 12 to 18 months.

Pricing

Not published. Clutch shows a $5,000+ project minimum.

Reviews

Clutch: 5.0 from 10. Its one review inside our window (Jun 15, 2026) comes from wisor ai, a freight-forwarding quote platform. Its marketing VP credits Growtika with taking organic leads past 90 in the first six months of 2026, up from a handful two years earlier, and asked for more proactive ranking reports. No health company appears among its reviewers.

Clients

We found no named health client on its site or Clutch profile.

Summary

Growtika has a clear, healthtech-specific AEO method. With no health proof on record, treat it as a capable technical SEO team that would be learning your category on your budget.

Pick it if you're an early healthtech startup and want a prompt audit before you commit to a content program.

Skip it if you need health references.

6. Nine Peaks Media

Screenshot of the Nine Peaks Media homepage

Nine Peaks Media, founded in 2009, is a B2B SaaS SEO agency for startups, software and technology companies.

Services

SaaS SEO strategy, content and links, reported against MQLs.

Pricing

Not published. Clutch shows a $5,000+ minimum and $100 to $149 an hour.

Reviews

Clutch: 5.0 from 22, the latest dated Feb 20, 2026. The relevant one came three days earlier, on Feb 17, 2026, from Tellihealth's VP of Engineering: "Nine Peaks Media stood out for their deep understanding of AI-powered SEO and content marketing." Neither 2026 review carries Clutch's Verified badge, though the agency's older reviews do.

Clients

Tellihealth provides remote patient monitoring and chronic care management with its own biometric devices and cloud software. Its May to October 2025 project, in the $10,000 to $49,999 range, produced better rankings, more traffic and more recognition in digital health, according to the review. Nine Peaks' own site doesn't feature a health case.

Summary

Nine Peaks has one directly relevant recent reviewer in remote care and reports in MQLs. Given the missing Verified badges, ask to speak with Tellihealth before you sign.

Pick it if you run a remote monitoring or chronic care platform and want a SaaS SEO team.

Skip it if you need several health cases with numbers.

7. LoudFace

Screenshot of the LoudFace homepage

LoudFace is a 2 to 9 person San Francisco agency founded in 2019. It builds Webflow sites and runs SEO, AEO and CRO for B2B SaaS and tech companies under a single retainer.

Services

SEO, AEO for ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, CRO, web design and Webflow or Next.js development. Its pitch is that the team that builds your site also grows it.

Pricing

Clutch lists website development packages at $10,000, $15,000 and $30,000 a month, plus a $5,000+ minimum project and $150 to $199 an hour. That's the highest entry price on this list.

Reviews

Clutch: 4.8 from 2 reviews, both posted Sep 2, 2026. Genie's co-founder and CTO, from an e-learning platform, said the team's passion surprised them and called the work refreshing. In the first two months, search impressions rose more than tenfold, organic clicks more than tripled and the brand went from unlisted to named in AI search results. The same reviewer said the early pace made it hard to keep up. Transalis's co-founder praised how fast the team met deadlines.

Clients

LoudFace's Clutch description cites a 288% increase in conversion rate for a B2B health tech client. A LoudFace case study published in March 2026 names that client as Dimer Health, a telehealth company whose brand and website LoudFace rebuilt, and reports a 288% increase in conversions. Its homepage also shows an unnamed health tech client with Google impressions a day up 3.9x between October 2025 and June 2026.

Summary

LoudFace fits a healthtech company whose website is the bottleneck: hard to trust, slow to convert, painful to update. Its health proof rests on one named telehealth client, and its packages start high.

Pick it if you're rebuilding your site and want SEO, AEO and CRO from the people who build it.

Skip it if you only need content and links on the site you have.

8. Stratabeat

Screenshot of the Stratabeat homepage

Stratabeat, founded in 2011 in Burlington, Massachusetts, is a B2B marketing agency. Its industries page lists healthtech (B2B solutions for healthcare providers), medtech and biotechnology, and says it helps "health, medical and biotechnology companies."

Services

Organic search and GEO, content planning and production, PR (Reddit included), web design, analytics and conversion work.

Pricing

Clutch shows monthly packages of $8,000, $15,000 and $22,000, and $200 to $300 an hour.

Reviews

Clutch: 5.0 from 13, the latest dated Jul 9, 2026. On Jan 16, 2026, WellSaid, an AI text-to-speech company, reported organic traffic up 30% and conversions up 45% under the headline "I appreciate having their partnership." On Nov 5, 2025, the CMO of Company Sage, a business formation and compliance company, wrote "The whole team was very authentic, easy to work with, and extremely hands-on," and reported 1,604% year-over-year organic growth and a 22% average monthly rise in AI engine sessions. No recent reviewer is a health company.

Clients

Brands named on its Clutch profile include Freshworks, GE, Intel and Appfolio. We found no named healthtech client.

Summary

Stratabeat offers senior strategy, a wide service mix and real AI search numbers from recent clients, with healthtech and medtech on its industry list but no health case we could verify.

Pick it if you're a well-funded healthtech or medtech brand and want a premium strategy team.

Skip it if you need health proof or have under $8,000 a month to spend.

9. Platypus SEO

Screenshot of the Platypus SEO homepage

Platypus SEO is a small B2B SaaS SEO agency founded in 2025, with a page dedicated to biotech software.

Services

SaaS SEO and GEO. The biotech page targets the searches buying committees run during platform evaluation, drug development workflows and diagnostics procurement. Work starts with research into your product, buyers and competitors before any keyword list, and the agency says it works with your internal teams to keep technical content accurate.

Pricing

Not published. Projects on Clutch start at $5,000+, at $100 to $149 an hour.

Reviews

Clutch: 4.9 from 7, the latest dated Aug 26, 2026, from the founder of digetiers, a knowledge-graph consulting firm. On Dec 10, 2025, the founder of Workever, a field service software company, wrote that "Platypus SEO is hardworking and organized, and maintains excellent communication."

Clients

Its homepage shows logos from software companies such as Testlio, DocShifter and Workever. We saw no health or biotech brand among them.

Summary

Platypus is the only agency here with a page for biotech and diagnostics software, a buyer group most healthtech agencies ignore. It's new, and it has no health or biotech result on record.

Pick it if you sell biotech, lab or diagnostics software and like the idea of a small team that researches buying committees first.

Skip it if you need an agency with health references today.

Questions to put in your RFP

Most agencies here don't publish how they handle clinical review, so make them answer in writing. Bring your own counsel and clinical lead into the replies; none of this is legal advice.

About clinical review:

  1. Which sentences do you treat as clinical claims, and who makes that call?

  2. Who on your team reads a draft before our clinicians do, and what do they check?

  3. How many clinician hours a month does your plan assume, and what happens to the calendar if we can't supply them?

  4. When evidence for a claim is missing, do you cut the sentence or soften it? Cutting is the answer you want.

  5. Can you show a page you published for a health client, along with the approval steps it went through?

About compliance wording:

  1. Will you ever add "HIPAA compliant," a certification or a security badge without our written approval?

  2. How do you keep unreviewed drafts, PDFs and staging pages out of search indexes?

  3. How do you handle case studies or testimonials that mention patients?

About medical advice and AI answers:

  1. How do you stop category and explainer pages from drifting into treatment advice?

  2. How do you write a claim so an AI summary keeps its population and setting attached?

  3. Which prompts will you track, and what do assistants say about us today?

Watch out for vague answers to questions 4 and 6 in particular. An agency with a real process answers them in one sentence. Miraa's healthtech page answers several of these publicly; for everyone else, get the answers into the proposal.

Match the agency to your product

Clinical software where every page needs sign-off: Miraa, for its written workflow and clinical sentence rule. If you prefer another agency, ask it to match that rule in writing.

Health IT, interoperability and FHIR products: GrowPad has the most relevant named results, at one of the lower prices.

A patient-facing digital health brand with funding: Siege Media for links and scale.

Remote monitoring or chronic care: Nine Peaks Media, if you want a smaller SaaS team and can get a Tellihealth reference.

A healthcare technology company that wants one big team across channels: Digital Authority Partners.

A website that's holding everything back: LoudFace, if you can fund a rebuild plus a retainer.

Early stage and unsure where AI answers place you: start with Growtika's prompt audit.

Biotech, lab and diagnostics software: Platypus SEO.

Well-funded healthtech or medtech wanting senior strategy: Stratabeat.

Security software sold to hospitals and health systems: the cybersecurity SEO agencies list compares agencies on security proof, which this list doesn't weigh.

When you compare AI search claims, rank them in this order: a dated result for a named health technology client (GrowPad's Edenlab, Siege's Grow Therapy, DAP's Centella), then a result from another industry, then a method on a slide. If you're weighing generalist agencies as well, our lists of B2B SaaS SEO agencies and AEO agencies for B2B SaaS cover the wider field.

FAQ

What makes healthtech SEO different from regular SaaS SEO?

The review step. Pages that describe patient outcomes, clinical evidence or compliance status need sign-off from qualified reviewers, and the content plan has to budget for their time.

Can an SEO agency say our product is HIPAA compliant?

That decision isn't the agency's to make. Compliance and certification wording should come from your company, approved by your own counsel. Miraa's healthtech page, for example, says it won't insert such claims.

Should healthtech companies publish patient education content?

Only with a separate clinical review path. Buyer pages and patient pages carry different risks, and Miraa's healthtech page, for one, keeps patient education outside its system.

How much does a healthtech SEO agency cost?

Published prices here range from $2,000 a month (GrowPad's Clutch package) to $30,000 a month (LoudFace's top package). Five of the nine publish only a Clutch project minimum.

Do AI assistants cite healthtech vendors?

They can. GrowPad, Siege Media and Digital Authority Partners each report AI visibility gains for named health clients. Our guide to measuring AI search visibility explains how to track your own, and the llms.txt guide covers one file some teams add for AI crawlers.
