Last updated: October 26, 2026
More than half of US employees now use AI at work. In a May 2026 poll of 22,573 working adults in the US, published that July by a long-running polling and workplace research firm, 52% said they use AI in their role. Among those users, 49% said they use it for search or research, second only to writing and editing at 51%. The poll covers US workers in general, not software buyers in particular, but your buyers are part of that group.
So the agency you hire for search has to cover two places at once: the Google results your buyers still check, and the AI answers many of them now read first. Plenty of specialist agencies now sell that pairing to B2B and SaaS companies, usually on long retainers.
If you're replacing one of them, you probably have a specific reason. Maybe you want a lower entry price or a shorter commitment. Maybe procurement needs third-party reviews before it will approve a vendor. Or maybe you need more weight on links, the website itself or paid media. The eight agencies below each answer one of those needs, and the guide closes with a quick way to match them to your situation.
TL;DR
Miraa - Best for SaaS teams that want bottom-of-funnel SEO and AI search work at a lower fixed monthly price
MADX Digital - Best for SaaS and fintech brands that want AI search placements and digital PR on published plans
Ten Speed - Best for B2B companies that want a US-based team to run SEO, AEO, content and digital PR together
Exalt Growth - Best for funded SaaS startups that want a small, founder-led team and an entity-first approach
LoudFace - Best for Series A to C SaaS teams that want their website, CRO and AI search handled by one partner
uSERP - Best for teams that already have content and mainly need earned links and digital PR
Brafton - Best for marketing teams that need content, video and design produced at volume alongside SEO
Codedesign - Best for companies selling across Europe that want SEO and paid media from one full-service shop
Our quick verdict: if you want the same decision-stage SEO and AI search focus at a lower monthly price, start with Miraa or Exalt Growth. If procurement needs a long review record, Brafton, Codedesign and uSERP have the most Clutch reviews here. If a six-month minimum is the problem, MADX offers rolling plans with a three-month minimum, at a higher monthly rate.

We read every Clutch figure from the profile itself on October 20, 2026. Ratings and counts change, so check before you shortlist.
How we chose
Our starting pool was agencies that sell SEO or AI search work to B2B companies. Then we applied five filters:
Each agency other than Miraa needed a Clutch review dated within the twelve months before this guide's publish date. Every review we quote falls inside that window.
Services, prices and clients had to appear on the agency's own website or Clutch profile. When an agency's sources give different numbers for the same thing, we say so in words instead of picking one.
No agency could appear in any of our other alternatives guides, so each list covers different options.
Agency-run studies, rankings and benchmark reports didn't count as evidence for any agency, Breaking B2B included.
We searched X for posts from the past year. The relevant ones came from the agencies, their clients or vendors, not independent named practitioners, so this guide quotes none.
The figures in the opening come from Gallup's quarterly workforce survey, published July 20, 2026. It was fielded May 6 to 20, 2026 with 22,573 employed US adults, and its margin of error is ±0.9 points. It asks about AI use at work in general, not vendor research, so read it as background on habits.
Miraa sits first because it's the closest match on focus and price for a SaaS buyer leaving Breaking B2B, which sells bottom-of-funnel SEO and AI search on six- or twelve-month terms and has no Clutch profile. Miraa is also the only entry here without third-party reviews, which you should weigh. For a full breakdown of the agency you're replacing, read our Breaking B2B review.
1. Miraa
Miraa sells SEO and AI search work to B2B SaaS and AI companies. Its programs start from the searches nearest to a purchase, such as alternatives, comparisons, integrations and use cases, and extend that work to AI answers. Human strategists set direction and edit every piece, and custom AI agents handle the repetitive parts of the workflow.
Services
AEO/GEO
Agentic SEO/GEO
Product-led SEO
Technical SEO
Content-led SEO
Link Building
On-Page SEO
Content Writing
SEO Website Recovery
SEO Site Migration
Pricing
Its three plans are published on the Miraa pricing page, each billed monthly:
Basic Growth at $2,500, aimed at startups building search as a revenue channel for the first time. It covers an agentic SEO strategy, bottom-of-funnel content, AI search visibility work, a revenue-ranked keyword map and a monthly pipeline report.
Growth+ at $3,500 builds on Basic Growth with programmatic SEO pages, human-led content that includes lead magnets, agents that refresh and tune existing pages, and strategy calls every two weeks.
Hyper-Growth at $5,000, which adds agents built around your team's workflow, internal linking and monitoring agents, revenue attribution and a dedicated Slack channel.
Even the top plan costs less than Breaking B2B's Silver plan. Its FAQ also notes that timelines vary by market, site and sales cycle, and no agency can guarantee a citation in any specific AI answer.
Reviews
There are no Miraa reviews on Clutch or other third-party sites. If your procurement team requires them, this is a gap, and a call with a current client is the closest substitute.
Clients
Miraa's main case study covers Salesforge, Mailforge, Warmforge, Primeforge and Infraforge, and it names Leadsforge as another client. The study describes the starting point this way: "Five sibling products in the cold-outreach category, each with its own domain and competitor set, but a shared audience and a real risk of competing with one another in search."
For AI search, the study gives Salesforge's citation counts as Google AI Mode 2,100, Gemini 618 and Perplexity 388 (Ahrefs, Aug 2026).
Two anonymized outcomes are listed too. A LinkedIn automation tool gained 200+ qualified leads in 90 days. For an AI-powered ad platform, the study reports $25K MRR in the first quarter of operation, with 45% of leads coming from organic content discovery.
Summary
Miraa fits a SaaS company that wants the same bottom-of-funnel and AI search focus Breaking B2B sells, at a lower fixed price. It isn't a full-service shop: there's no paid media, brand or PR offering. Most of its named proof comes from one family of products, so ask how the approach would carry over to your category. Skip it if procurement insists on third-party reviews or you want paid media in the same contract.
2. MADX Digital
MADX Digital is a London agency, founded in 2020 according to Clutch, that now positions itself around AI search. Its plans center on placements in the third-party guides that AI tools cite, plus press coverage, content and technical fixes. It works with B2B SaaS, enterprise, fintech and AI-native companies.
Services
GEO and AI search
Traditional SEO, including site speed and structure
Content strategy and content writing
Digital PR
Link building, including à la carte placements
Pricing
MADX publishes three plans, each priced per month on a twelve-month term:
Authority at $5,500: strategy, AI visibility tracking, a GEO audit and ten placements a month in the guides AI cites
Growth at $9,500: everything in Authority, plus ten articles a month and weekly website fixes
Scale at $14,500: doubles Growth's output to 20 placements and 20 articles a month and adds digital PR campaigns
A rolling contract with a three-month minimum is available at a higher monthly rate, and Enterprise plans start at $20,000 a month with custom scope and one client per category. A one-off AI search and SEO growth plan costs $4,500 and typically takes three to four weeks. Each add-on (five extra articles, placements or website fixes) costs $2,000 a month. That rolling option is shorter than Breaking B2B's six-month minimum, though you pay more per month for it.
Reviews
MADX has a 4.9 rating from 14 Clutch reviews, the newest dated September 21, 2026. The director of demand generation at Thunes, a payments company, wrote in March 2026: "MADX Digital has made a big effort to understand our business." The same month, the CEO of Postalytics said, "The team is constantly bringing new ideas to us and is able to implement them with fluidity and ease." The September 2026 reviewer, a demand generation manager at a B2B advertising agency, rated the work 4.0 overall and said the team should be more proactive with recommendations.
Clients
Case studies on its site cover MoonPay, Postalytics, Parcel Tracker and Reveille. Clutch reviewers include Thunes, Orderful and Scrape.do. The Clutch profile also names co-founder Perry Steward and says the agency works with up to 20 clients at a time.
Summary
MADX is a good fit if your priority is getting named in AI answers through third-party placements and PR, with prices you can see in advance. The best value assumes a twelve-month term, and a recent reviewer wanted more initiative from the team, so ask how strategy updates are run. Skip the Authority plan if you need articles written for you, because it covers placements and strategy only.
3. Ten Speed
Ten Speed calls itself a US-based AEO and SEO agency for B2B companies, with a Chicago base listed on Clutch. Its founder spent more than eight years at Sprout Social, starting as the company's first marketer, according to the about page. The agency pitches SEO and AEO as one program because AI tools still pull from search results.
Services
SEO and AEO strategy, including AEO refreshes and LLM optimization
Technical SEO
Content, including comparison pages, content optimization and video strategy
Thought leadership, digital PR, mentions and backlinks
Original research
Conversion content such as case studies, core web pages and guides
Pricing
Ten Speed doesn't publish prices. Clutch lists an hourly rate of $150 to $199 and a minimum project of $5,000+. The most common project size reported there is $10,000 to $49,999. Expect a custom quote after a discovery call.
Reviews
Ten Speed holds a 5.0 rating from 5 Clutch reviews, the newest dated March 18, 2026. The content manager at B2BROKER, a fintech company, wrote: "They have strong experience across both traditional and AI-driven search," and reported a 114% rise in clicks. A VP of marketing at a lead management platform wrote in November 2025: "The level of support and attention we get as a client is unmatched."
Clients
Logos on the homepage include Bitly, ProsperOps, TechSmith, Workvivo and teamwork.com. The featured case study covers Visible, where the agency reports organic traffic up 800%, organic trials up 110% and more than $1M in organic ARR. The site also claims $50M+ in organic ARR generated for clients overall, which is the agency's own figure.
Summary
Ten Speed suits a B2B company that wants a senior US team to run content, SEO, AEO and PR in one program, and that's comfortable with custom pricing. Its review count is small, and the newest is seven months old, so ask for a recent reference. If you need a published price before the first call, look elsewhere.
4. Exalt Growth
Exalt Growth is a small, founder-led SaaS SEO and GEO agency listed in Sydney on Clutch, with 2 to 9 staff and a 2024 founding year. Its method focuses on entities: making sure search engines and language models understand what your product is, who it's for and when to recommend it.
Services
Product-led SEO
Transactional SEO for solution, use-case and jobs-to-be-done pages
SEO content
Agentic technical SEO
Semantic SEO
Generative engine optimization
AI SEO automation workflows
Search everywhere optimization, which combines SEO, AI search and social discovery
Pricing
The website doesn't list prices. Its Clutch profile says plans start at $2,499 a month, with a $1,000+ minimum project and an hourly rate of $100 to $149. Work is structured as a Foundation project followed by ongoing Growth and Scale phases, and the site's "Founder Guarantee" promises that the founder develops your strategy personally. It doesn't promise results.
Reviews
Exalt Growth has a 5.0 rating from 3 Clutch reviews. The newest, dated March 12, 2026, comes from the CEO of an asset tracking company. The Clutch summary says the team ran a marketing assessment, planned technical SEO work and a web redesign, and lifted the client's AI search visibility and net new sales. It describes the team as proactive, flexible and responsive, and easy to work with over Zoom and Slack.
Clients
Case studies on the site cover Dovetail, where the agency reports monthly organic traffic up nearly 900%, and GoCodes, where it reports new customer sales up 164% and says the brand became the most-cited vendor in its category. Aerosend is also quoted on the homepage.
Summary
Exalt Growth fits a funded SaaS startup that wants direct access to a founder and an entity-led method, at a lower monthly price than Breaking B2B. The trade-off is capacity: a team this small can only take on a few clients, and three reviews is a thin record. Skip it if you need a large content team publishing at volume.
5. LoudFace
LoudFace is a small agency, listed in San Francisco on Clutch with a Dubai office on its site, that combines website work with organic growth. It designs and builds sites on Webflow, then runs SEO, AEO, GEO and conversion work on them. Its site says it focuses on B2B SaaS and fintech companies at Series A to C.
Services
Generative engine optimization
Google AI Overviews tracking, reported per prompt every week
SEO and AEO
An Organic Growth Program and a "Growth Autopilot" retainer combining SEO, AEO and CRO
Conversion rate optimization
Webflow development, UX and UI design
Copywriting
Pricing
Engagements are scoped on an intro call. The starting figure on LoudFace's website is lower than the one on its Clutch listing, so treat price as a conversation and ask for a fixed monthly proposal. The site describes tiers by the number of active initiatives, from one to four, and mentions a three-month minimum for some deliverable-focused work.
Reviews
LoudFace has a 4.8 rating from 2 Clutch reviews, both dated September 2, 2026. The co-founder and CTO of Genie, a tutoring platform, called LoudFace "a reliable agency that genuinely understands how to connect technical SEO with actual user acquisition." Clutch's summary of that review reports search impressions more than ten times higher and organic clicks tripled. The same reviewer said pacing and onboarding could be better, because the work moved fast and the team wanted more explanation of the reasoning. The co-founder of Transalis, a UK supply chain software company, rated an ongoing website project 4.5 and said every milestone so far had been met.
Clients
The site shows dated results for Toku, Genie Teacher, Pond and Delshad Legal, and its pricing section names founder Arnel Bukva. Its site says more than 50 SaaS, fintech and service teams use it.
Summary
LoudFace is the strongest option here if your website itself is part of the problem and you want one team to rebuild it and grow it. It's a small team with only two reviews, so check capacity before you commit. If your site is fine and you only need content and links, a specialist will serve you better.
6. uSERP
uSERP is a Nashville agency founded in 2019, best known for link building. Its site has expanded into AI search, digital PR and fractional SEO leadership. It also serves industries well outside software, including healthcare, roofing, ecommerce and insurance.
Services
Link building through editorial outreach
GEO, AEO and AI search services
Digital PR based on original research
Fractional SEO, with a senior lead embedded in your team
Industry programs for SaaS, finance, healthcare and others
Pricing
uSERP doesn't publish a rate card. Its Clutch profile lists a minimum project of $10,000+, the highest minimum on this list, and its site FAQ says engagements run six months with a 60-day opt-out. Ask how link volume and fees scale before you compare it with a plan that bundles links into a retainer.
Reviews
uSERP holds a 4.9 rating from 21 Clutch reviews, with the newest dated July 7, 2026. That reviewer, a marketing manager at an automotive company, described seven backlinks a month over three months and wrote: "They were very quick to answer questions, especially on the consulting side." A reviewer from Hightouch, a data and AI platform, wrote in January 2026, in an update that Clutch doesn't mark as verified: "We're impressed with uSERP's expertise." A March 2026 reviewer from Websites USA said simply: "uSERP has delivered results."
Clients
Logos on the site include ActiveCampaign, CrowdStrike, Freshworks, Robinhood and monday.com. Case studies cover Hightouch, Remote, Preply, Glassbox, Nav, OnBoard and Form Health, among others.
Summary
uSERP makes sense if you already produce solid content and the gap is authority: links and mentions on sites your buyers read and AI tools cite. It's not B2B-only, and it sells authority more than full content programs, so you may still need a content partner. Our SaaS link building agencies guide covers more options in this category.
7. Brafton
Brafton is a large content marketing agency headquartered in Boston, with service locations listed across the US, Canada, Europe and Australia. It produces written content, video and design at volume, and sells SEO and GEO services alongside them.
Services
Content writing, blogging, copywriting and white papers
Video production and animation
Graphic design, infographics and web design
SEO, including on-page, technical audits and link building
Generative engine optimization
Social media, email marketing and PPC
HubSpot services
Pricing
Clutch lists an hourly rate of $100 to $149 and a minimum project of $5,000+. Brafton doesn't publish a single SEO price, so expect a quote based on content volume and formats.
Reviews
Brafton has a 4.9 rating from 47 Clutch reviews, the newest dated September 18, 2026, from a payments company that hired it for design work. An executive at Solvaria, a managed database services company, wrote in June 2026: "They have all the answers I need and have a well-rounded team." The same month, the SVP of global marketing at EOS, a 3D printing company, wrote: "We're impressed with how Brafton picks up the work and keeps pushing our team to deliver on the projects."
Clients
Recent Clutch reviewers include Solvaria, EOS and the payments company WEX. Brafton's own site publishes case studies, a portfolio and testimonials.
Summary
Brafton is the pick if your bottleneck is production: you need many articles, videos and visuals each month, with SEO built in. It's a generalist rather than a SaaS specialist, so bring a clear buyer brief and keep strategy close. Skip it if you want a small senior team focused only on SaaS search.
8. Codedesign
Codedesign is a full-service digital agency with teams in Lisbon, Boston and Singapore. It works with B2B and B2C clients and covers SEO, paid media, data, AI and ecommerce. Among the agencies here, it is the furthest from a pure SaaS focus, and it's included for teams that want search and paid campaigns from one partner.
Services
SEO and content
PPC and performance marketing
B2B demand generation
Data strategy and integration
AI marketing solutions
Digital commerce and DTC optimization
Digital audits and growth consulting
Pricing
Clutch lists an hourly rate of $50 to $99, the lowest in this list, and a minimum project of $5,000+. The most common project size on its profile is $50,000 to $199,999, which points to larger, longer engagements.
Reviews
Codedesign has a 4.8 rating from 38 Clutch reviews, the newest dated March 18, 2026. A reviewer from TLScontact, a visa and consular services company, wrote: "They were fully invested in the success of this project from the very beginning." A January 2026 reviewer from Assembla, a software development platform, wrote: "They genuinely try to understand the business context instead of pushing generic solutions." The same reviewer noted that alignment on priorities could have been tighter early on, and said the team adjusted quickly.
Clients
The site features work for Velux, Nestlé, Chicco and Guerlain. Clutch reviewers include TLScontact and Assembla. The agency also reports an 86% client retention rate, which is its own figure.
Summary
Codedesign fits a company that sells in Europe, runs paid and organic together, and wants one agency for both. If you're a SaaS company that only needs search and AI answers, a specialist will likely be a better match.
How to choose by situation
Start with the reason you're looking beyond Breaking B2B:
You want a lower monthly price but the same bottom-of-funnel and AI search focus. Look at Miraa or Exalt Growth. Both cost less per month, though neither has a large review record.
You need a shorter commitment. MADX Digital offers rolling plans with a three-month minimum, at a higher price than its annual plans. LoudFace runs fixed-scope work inside a retainer with a three-month minimum.
You need third-party reviews for procurement. Brafton, Codedesign, uSERP and MADX Digital have the largest Clutch records here.
Your site is holding you back. LoudFace rebuilds sites on Webflow and runs CRO and search on top.
You have content but lack authority. uSERP and MADX Digital both lead with earned links, placements and PR.
You need volume across formats. Brafton produces content, video and design at scale.
You want a senior US team with an in-house operator background. Ten Speed fits.
You run paid and organic together across European markets. Codedesign covers both.
Questions to put to any replacement
Switching agencies mid-program costs time, so test the new one harder than you tested the last:
Which pages and prompts will you work on in the first 90 days, and why those?
Who exactly works on my account, and how many other clients do they handle?
How do you track mentions in AI answers, and how often do you report them?
What do you need from my team each month, in hours?
Can I speak to a client who started in the last six months?
What happens to the content, links and dashboards if we part ways?
Also plan the handover. Export your current keyword map, content calendar and link list before the old contract ends, so the new team starts from your history rather than from zero.
Whichever you choose, agree on how success will be tracked before the contract starts. Our guides to B2B SEO attribution and getting recommended by ChatGPT can help you set those terms.
FAQ
Why do companies look for Breaking B2B alternatives?
The common reasons are budget, contract length and procurement. Breaking B2B's full plans start in the mid four figures a month, terms run six or twelve months, and it has no Clutch profile to show a buying committee.
Which alternative is cheapest?
Miraa's Basic Growth plan ($2,500 a month, published on its site) and Exalt Growth's Clutch-listed starting point ($2,499 a month) are the lowest monthly figures here. MADX Digital's published plans start higher, at $5,500 a month for Authority on an annual term. Codedesign lists the lowest hourly band on Clutch.
Which alternatives offer AI search work?
All eight mention AI search or GEO in their services. MADX Digital, Ten Speed, Exalt Growth, LoudFace and Miraa make it central to their offer. For background, read our explainer on what GEO is.
Which alternatives have the most recent Clutch reviews?
MADX Digital (September 21, 2026), Brafton (September 18, 2026) and LoudFace (September 2, 2026) had the newest reviews when we checked on October 20, 2026.
Do any of these agencies work only with SaaS?
Exalt Growth says it works only with B2B SaaS companies. Miraa focuses on B2B SaaS and AI companies, and LoudFace on SaaS and fintech teams. The others serve a wider mix of industries.
Where can I compare more agencies?
