Last updated: October 25, 2026
For its 2026 B2B Buying Disconnect Report, released on July 15, 2026, TrustRadius surveyed 1,862 technology buyers in January 2026. It found that 83% shortlisted three or fewer products. Transparent pricing was also buyers' top wish for vendors for the fourth year running.
That survey covers software, but we'd expect agency shortlists to look much the same. You'll probably speak to two or three firms, and the ones that tell you what things cost are easier to keep on the list.
That's how this list works. Each agency below shows what it sells, what it charges or signals it charges, and what recent clients say on Clutch, so you can get to a shortlist of three quickly.
Our quick verdict: if you're a SaaS team that wants a published price, start with Miraa or Breaking B2B. If independent reviews matter most, look at Skale, Victorious or Ignite Visibility. If your real gap is authority, Page One Power or Sure Oak is the better call.
TL;DR
Miraa - Best for SaaS and AI companies that want decision-stage pages and AI answer visibility for a fixed, published fee
Breaking B2B - Best for B2B SaaS companies that want a senior-led SEO and AEO team with tiered capacity
Skale - Best for growth-stage SaaS that wants AI search, content and link building from former in-house SEO leads
PipeRocket Digital - Best for SaaS teams that want SEO, AI search and paid acquisition under one pipeline target
Victorious - Best for larger budgets that want a mature SEO and AEO system with live dashboards
Ignite Visibility - Best for enterprise, franchise and multi-location brands that need many channels at scale
Sure Oak - Best for SaaS and fintech teams that want link-led authority building with SEO and AI search in one program
Avenue Z - Best for brands that want PR, creators and AI search optimization working together
Page One Power - Best for teams whose content is solid and whose real gap is authority and links
Where First Page Sage sets the bar

Before you compare anyone, know what you're comparing against. This is the First Page Sage baseline, all from its own site and Clutch profile as of 18 Oct 2026:
Price: $6,000 to $12,000 a month for its GEO and AEO service, according to First Page Sage's own pricing report.
Terms: month to month.
Output: six to seven deliverables a month from in-house writers, starting in month two after three parallel audits.
Scope: SEO, GEO, agentic search optimization, conversion work, online PR, website design and paid search.
Proof: one named case study and several anonymized ones. Its Clutch profile has no reviews.
Focus: dozens of industries, with most clients described as midsized.
That's a strong offer for some companies. People usually look elsewhere for one of four reasons: they want a SaaS specialist, they need a lower entry price, they want independent client reviews, or they need more volume or a specific channel. Our full First Page Sage review covers the agency in more depth.

How we chose
Our starting pool was agencies chasing the buyers First Page Sage serves, meaning companies that expect SEO and AI search to bring in leads. From that pool we kept the ones that cleared these bars:
AI search shows up in the actual service scope, with deliverables
Public detail on services, and ideally on price
Proof you can check, such as named clients or recent Clutch reviews
A clear answer to at least one reason buyers leave First Page Sage
We also weighed how closely each agency's work matches what a strong B2B SaaS SEO program needs. We only quote Clutch reviews from the last 12 months. Where an agency has none in that window, we say so. Client results are the agency's own reports unless we name a reviewer.
1. Miraa

Miraa is an SEO and AEO agency for B2B SaaS and AI companies. It puts most of its effort into the pages buyers read right before choosing a tool, such as alternatives pages, head-to-head comparisons, integration pages and use-case pages. Human strategists and editors run each account, while custom AI agents take on research, briefs, refreshes, internal linking and monitoring.
Services
Link Building
On-Page SEO
Content-led SEO
SEO Site Migration
Content Writing
Product-led SEO
Agentic SEO/GEO
AEO/GEO
Technical SEO
SEO Website Recovery
Pricing
Three plans are listed on Miraa's pricing page:
Basic Growth, $2,500 a month: an agentic SEO strategy built on custom agents, decision-stage content, GEO work, a keyword map ranked by revenue potential and a pipeline report each month.
Growth+, $3,500 a month: everything in Basic, plus programmatic SEO, human-led content that includes lead magnets, agents that refresh and optimize pages, and a strategy call every other week.
Hyper-Growth, $5,000 a month: everything in Growth+, plus agents designed for your own workflow, agents for internal linking and monitoring, revenue attribution and a shared Slack channel.
The top plan costs less than the bottom of First Page Sage's published range. The Miraa FAQ also states that no agency can guarantee a brand shows up in a given AI answer, which is a fair standard to hold every agency on this list to.
Reviews
Miraa doesn't have third-party reviews on Clutch or any similar site yet. If reviews are a must for your shortlist, that's a genuine gap. Ask for a call with a current client instead.
Clients
Its named case study covers a family of five sales tech products: Salesforge, Mailforge, Warmforge, Primeforge and Infraforge. Leadsforge is listed as one more client. Each domain was given its own slice of search intent, and the team built competitor reviews, alternatives pages and pricing comparisons for each in a shared style.
In AI search, Salesforge's tally reached 2,100 citations in Google AI Mode, alongside 618 in Gemini and 388 in Perplexity (Ahrefs, Aug 2026).
Miraa also reports two unnamed results. A LinkedIn automation tool brought in more than 200 qualified leads in 90 days and reached $2M ARR. An AI ad platform hit $25K MRR in its first quarter, with 45% of its leads coming from organic and AI search.
Summary
Miraa makes sense if you're a SaaS company and you want the searches closest to a purchase covered first, both in Google and in AI answers, with a known monthly cost. It's a narrower brief than First Page Sage's, and it's built for one industry rather than 48.
It's a weaker pick if you need a long public review history, website design, or paid search management. Most of its named proof also comes from one product family, so ask how that work translates to your category.
2. Breaking B2B

Breaking B2B is a B2B and SaaS SEO and AEO agency. Its homepage is blunt about focus: "B2B/SaaS only. No dabbling." It also promises "Senior-led. No juniors," meaning the people on your sales call are the people doing the work.
Services
Every plan follows the same process, and the tiers change the monthly capacity:
Revenue-focused keyword and prompt research, which it calls money keywords and prompts
Pages, articles or outlines aimed at pipeline
Link credits, where one credit equals one backlink and two credits equal one listicle mention
A combined Google and AI search strategy on higher tiers
CRO heatmaps and competitor displacement analysis on higher tiers
Slack updates and proactive recommendations
Pricing
Breaking B2B publishes its tiers. Prices fall by $500 a month on a 12-month term compared with a six-month term:
Light: from $4,600 a month on a 12-month term, with 10 to 15 money keywords and prompts, four content pieces and two link credits
Silver: $6,500 or $6,000 a month, with eight content pieces and four link credits
Gold, marked most popular: $8,500 or $8,000 a month, with 10 pieces and six link credits
Growth Team: $9,500 or $9,000 a month, with 12 pieces and seven credits
Diamond: $10,700 or $10,200 a month, with 14 pieces and eight credits
Aggressive Growth: $15,700 or $15,200 a month, with 20 pieces and 14 credits
Category King: $20,000+ a month, scoped individually
Content pieces run 1,000 to 3,000 words each. Terms are six or 12 months, and the FAQ says it doesn't run shorter engagements. That's the clearest trade-off against First Page Sage: more published detail and more content per dollar at the middle tiers, but a commitment instead of month-to-month.
Reviews
Breaking B2B doesn't appear to have a Clutch profile; the obvious profile address returned not found on 18 Oct 2026. That means no rating here. Its own site carries named client testimonials, which are useful but aren't independent.
Clients
Breaking B2B reports that:
RB2B grew non-branded organic traffic 77% in six months
VerifyTreatment went from five to 32 demos a month
Chattermill's AI search mention rate went from 20% to 80%, alongside three times as many enterprise RFPs
Proposify reached the top spot for "proposal software" in the US, with 68% more clicks on comparison pages
Kubaru doubled qualified demos in a quarter
Fibbler grew organic traffic tenfold
Summary
Choose Breaking B2B over First Page Sage if you want a SaaS-only team, a public tier list and more content each month, and you're comfortable committing for at least six months. Its homepage says more than 50 B2B SaaS companies trust it.
It's a weaker fit if you want to keep the option to leave after any month, or if you need independent reviews before shortlisting. Head office location and team size aren't published either.
3. Skale

Skale is a SaaS SEO agency co-founded by Jake Stainer, who built growth marketing and SEO at Typeform before leading demand generation at TravelPerk. Its Clutch profile puts generative AI work at 45% of the service mix, ahead of classic SEO.
Services
SEO roadmaps run as three-month sprints
AI search work for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, measured every week
Content production, including comparison and alternatives pages, guides and glossaries
Link building and outreach, including unlinked brand mentions
Conversion rate optimization
Reporting and measurement
Add-ons include AI search audits, programmatic SEO, YouTube SEO and site migrations.
Pricing
There's no rate card on Skale's site. Its own agency roundup, updated Oct 2, 2026, gives a "starts at $4,000" figure and doesn't say whether that's per month. On Clutch, the minimum project is $5,000+, and the most common project size among reviewers who shared a budget is $10,000 to $49,999.
Reviews
Skale holds 4.9 from 20 Clutch reviews, with the latest dated Oct 16, 2026. Recent reviewers talk about AI visibility outcomes. An organic discovery manager at Cookiebot reports growth in brand mentions inside AI assistant answers after a project that began in May 2026, with citation share tracked across three assistants. An AI-powered MRP software company's CMO reports brand mentions in Google AI Overviews up 22.6% since July.
Clutch's review highlights note that some clients would like more high-value links in the mix.
Clients
Per Skale, Happy Scribe grew from 2,700 to 70,000 monthly signups. Maze and Cookiebot also appear in its work.
Summary
Skale is the pick if you want SaaS-specific operators and a deep Clutch record, which is the main thing First Page Sage lacks. Our Skale review covers it in detail.
Its pricing is less transparent than First Page Sage's, and you'll need a scoping call to get a real number.
4. PipeRocket Digital

PipeRocket Digital, founded in 2023, pitches itself as a revenue team that sits inside your company. SEO, AI search and paid acquisition run as one program, measured against one pipeline number.
Services
SaaS SEO starting with bottom-of-funnel pages
AI SEO for ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews
PPC on Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Reddit and Meta, plus ChatGPT ads
Content, programmatic SEO and link building
Technical SEO
ABM and LinkedIn campaigns
Marketing ops, attribution and CRM setup
Pricing
PipeRocket publishes three levels, with ad spend billed separately:
Single-Channel Embed from $3K a month, aimed at companies between $1M and $5M ARR
Multi-Channel Embed from $10K a month, for $5M to $15M ARR, with cross-channel attribution and an AEO and GEO audit in month three
Full GTM Embed from $20K a month, for $10M+ ARR, with a dedicated revenue analyst
Reviews
PipeRocket has 4.7 from 18 Clutch reviews, and the latest is dated Jul 30, 2026. That review, from Amnic's head of marketing, reports non-branded organic traffic more than doubling between the first and second quarters of 2026, with leads more than doubling too. A LatentView Analytics reviewer reports AI-led traffic up 130%, but gave 4.5 stars and said communication "could be slightly better".
Clients
PipeRocket names Storylane, Spendflo, greytHR, Keka, LatentView, DevRev and Goldcast among its clients. Its Storylane case study reports 2.5x growth and 82% more demos.
Summary
PipeRocket is the alternative for SaaS teams that want one accountable partner across organic and paid, much like First Page Sage's paid search add-on but with paid as a full channel. The $3K entry tier is about half First Page Sage's starting point.
It's a young agency, and a couple of reviewers asked for tighter communication or reporting. Ask who would lead your account day to day.
5. Victorious

Victorious is a San Francisco SEO agency founded in 2013, with 50 to 249 staff per Clutch. It describes its offer as an integrated SEO and AEO system, with live dashboards that track organic traffic value, AI citations and entity recognition.
Services
Technical SEO
Content strategy
Entity development for AI search
Link building
AEO and AI citation tracking
Reporting through live dashboards
Its Clutch description names Salesforce, SoFi and GE Digital among the brands that use it.
Pricing
Victorious lists SEO packages on Clutch starting at $5,999 a month. The same profile shows a minimum project size of $50,000+ and an hourly rate of $300+, which suggests most engagements run for many months. The most common project size among reviewers is $10,000 to $49,999.
Reviews
Victorious has 4.8 from 119 Clutch reviews. The latest is dated Feb 18, 2026, from the president of Robinson & Henry, a Colorado law firm, after a two-year engagement. The reviewer reports a 19% rise in total matters created, custom dashboards and a strategy that shifted toward GEO and AI search. "What sets this team apart is their fearless approach to transparency and their forward-looking technical expertise," they wrote.
Clutch's review highlights say some clients found the content needed more customization to match their brand voice and style.
Clients
Clutch shows a 40% enterprise and 40% midmarket client base. Robinson & Henry is its most recent named reviewer.
Summary
Victorious is the closest match on price and scope to First Page Sage, with one big difference: more than a hundred client reviews you can read. Choose it if you want a mature, process-driven SEO and AEO partner and have a substantial budget.
It isn't a SaaS specialist, and the high minimum project size rules it out for smaller teams.
6. Ignite Visibility

Ignite Visibility is a San Diego digital marketing agency founded in 2013, with offices in Orlando, Irvine and New York and 250 to 999 staff per Clutch. Its Clutch profile describes a focus on enterprise, franchise and multi-location brands, with AI tooling from its Rallio platform.
Services
SEO, including AI search readiness
Digital PR
Conversion rate optimization
Paid media
Social media
Email marketing
Local and multi-location marketing
Pricing
Ignite lists packages on Clutch: SEO from $3,500 a month, and PPC, social and email from $3,000 a month. Its Clutch minimum project is $1,000+, with hourly rates of $100 to $149. The most common project size among reviewers is $50,000 to $199,999.
Reviews
Ignite has 4.8 from 175 Clutch reviews, the largest base on this list. The latest, dated Aug 6, 2026, comes from a senior digital marketing manager at Spherion Staffing & Recruiting. It reports lead volume doubling, 15.4% more web sessions to franchising pages and 21% more engaged users, while noting that lead-gen paid search showed no marked improvement. "Ignite Visibility is unfailingly professional and a pleasure to work with toward our shared goal," the reviewer wrote.
A Feb 20, 2026 review from Catchmaster covers SEO, digital PR, CRO and Shopify work, including AI search readiness through LLMs.txt and AI crawler rules. The reviewer reports a conversion rate lift of about 60% from CRO but says the team struggled with QA. "I was impressed by Ignite Visibility's quality of service, quality of deliverables, and speed of response," they added.
Clutch's summary notes some concerns about consistency in project management, and its highlights say some clients wanted more frequent updates and clearer reporting.
Clients
Recent Clutch reviewers include Spherion, Catchmaster, ACAMS and Commonwealth Joe. Clutch shows half its clients as midmarket and 30% as enterprise.
Summary
Pick Ignite over First Page Sage if you run many locations or many channels and want one large agency to cover them. Its review record is extensive and recent.
For a single B2B SaaS product, its scale and channel spread may be more than you need.
7. Sure Oak

Sure Oak is an SEO and GEO agency in Brooklyn, New York, founded in 2017 with 10 to 49 staff per Clutch. Its Clutch description calls it an enterprise SEO and GEO growth agency for technology, finance and business services brands, and its site lists SaaS, financial services, insurance and education as its core industries. The homepage says every client is paired with a strategist who has more than 10 years of digital marketing experience.
Services
SEO strategy and consulting, including an offer it calls the AI + SEO Game Plan
AI search optimization, which it brands AISO, aimed at ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews
Enterprise and technical SEO
Link building and digital PR
Content marketing, including blog writing and copywriting
White-label SEO and link building for other agencies
Clutch puts 70% of its work in SEO, with the rest split between content marketing and generative AI. Link earning and on-site optimization are its two largest SEO focus areas.
Pricing
Sure Oak doesn't publish prices. Clutch lists a $5,000+ minimum project and hourly rates of $150 to $199, and the most common project size among reviewers who shared a budget is $10,000 to $49,999. Its homepage says clients stay for an average of more than 21 months.
Reviews
Sure Oak has 4.9 from 40 Clutch reviews. The newest is dated Jun 11, 2026, from Wave's senior manager of SEO and organic growth. The accounting and tax platform has run a contextual link campaign of 22 links a month since February 2024. The reviewer reports 628 links built in total and a 30% rise in keyword rankings across key money pages over six months. "Sure Oak was able to provide unique backlinks from niche and industry-specific websites," the reviewer wrote, while suggesting the team could offer proactive ideas for better results reporting and dashboards.
A Dec 4, 2025 review from STACK Construction Technologies' director of demand generation covers two years of SEO and AEO work: content and outlines, technical audits, internal linking advice and monthly SEO and AEO reports. Clutch's summary of the review credits Sure Oak with higher keyword rankings on Google. "Sure Oak delivers professional work in a positive and friendly way," they added.
Clutch's summary says clients see good value and praise the quality of the backlinks and the communication. Its highlights flag one review that raised content quality and delays.
Clients
Recent Clutch reviewers are Wave and STACK Construction Technologies, both software companies. Clutch shows 55% of its clients as midmarket and 40% as enterprise, with financial services the largest industry at 30%.
Summary
Sure Oak suits SaaS and fintech teams that want a senior strategist plus a steady stream of relevant links, with AI search work alongside. It's more focused on authority than First Page Sage, which spreads its effort across content, PR, conversion work and paid search.
It's smaller than most firms here, and its newest reviews mostly describe links and rankings rather than pipeline. Ask how it reports AI visibility and leads before you sign.
8. Avenue Z

Avenue Z is a Miami-based digital marketing and PR agency, with offices in New York and Orlando and 50 to 249 staff per Clutch. Founder and CEO Jeffrey Herzog leads the firm. It combines public relations, performance media, AI search optimization and a creator network, with a focus on emerging tech, finance and consumer brands.
Services
Public relations and media placements
AI search optimization (AEO)
SEO and content
Performance media
Creator and influencer programs
Social media
Pricing
Avenue Z doesn't publish prices. Clutch lists a $10,000+ minimum project, hourly rates of $150 to $199 and a most common project size under $50,000, based on 12 reviews.
Reviews
Avenue Z has 4.7 from 16 Clutch reviews. The latest, dated Oct 8, 2026, is from the director of brand at A Place for Mom, covering PR and social since August 2025. It describes more positive stories, interview opportunities and organic social growth. "They understand what we do, why it matters, and truly believe in our mission," the reviewer wrote.
An Oct 31, 2025 review from a content marketing manager at a spend management company describes technical audits, content briefs, digital PR and AI search guidance, with year-over-year organic growth and more top-10 keywords. The reviewer wanted more competitive insight and benchmarking. "This feels less like working with a vendor and more like having an extension of our marketing team," they wrote.
Clients
Its Clutch portfolio lists Better.com, Acorns, Dave, Rally, e2open and Piper Aircraft. Clutch shows half its clients as enterprise.
Summary
Avenue Z is the right swap if the online PR part of First Page Sage's service is what you value most. It puts earned media and AI search optimization in one team, which suits brands that want to be quoted by journalists and by AI assistants.
It's not a specialist SEO shop, so check how much of your budget goes to search versus PR and social.
9. Page One Power

Page One Power is a link building agency in Boise, Idaho, building links since 2010 with 50 to 249 staff per Clutch. It says every link is earned by hand by US-based staff.
Services
Custom link building across editorial, expert, community and earned media links
Digital PR
White-label link building for agencies
AI search optimization
On-page SEO, internal linking and schema
Technical audits
Pricing
Page One Power doesn't publish prices. Clutch lists a $1,000+ minimum, but the most common project size among reviewers is $50,000 to $199,999.
Reviews
Page One Power has 4.7 from 17 Clutch reviews. The latest, dated Mar 11, 2026, is from Smartlifeco's CEO, who credits the links with more clicks and impressions. A Feb 18, 2026 review from a university content strategist describes link reclamation after a rebrand, a proprietary survey and digital PR, and gave 4.5 stars.
Clutch's review highlights say some clients would like guest posts to blend in better with their existing content. The February reviewer also wanted automated reports instead of a shared Google Doc.
Clients
It names Healthline, Hyatt, QuickBooks, Atera and Lucidchart.
Summary
Choose Page One Power if your content already converts and you need authority to make it rank and get cited. It's a specialist, so most teams pair it with a content partner. It's the wrong first hire if your pages don't convert yet, and with only two Clutch reviews so far in 2026, ask for recent references. Our list of SaaS link building agencies has more options.

Red flags in any agency proposal
Guaranteed AI citations or guaranteed rankings. No one controls those outputs.
Reporting that leads with traffic. Ask to see a sample report that starts with pipeline.
No named reference in your industry.
A content count with no word on what kind of content. Ask how many pieces target buyers close to a decision.
Vague terms. Get the notice period and ownership of content in writing.
